ABSA Insurance - Stay away

We had a break in the 14th January 2013. R50k worth of laptops and computer parts. A week later the broker came to inspect the damage. He said everything was fine and left. I followed up during the following two weeks and the broker assured me that everything was fine and Gift just needs to sign off... So our battle to get any information regarding our claim began... Almost 3 months later - Now they want to reject the claim???
We have always had a very good relationship with Gustaf LeGrange and Absa, most of our claims get sorted out within 2-3 weeks. But waiting almost 3 months for an answer is unacceptable! 16 emails have been sent to ABSA with no replies from Gift!!??

We have converted a lot of our friends and business colleges and this is the thanks we get!!??
