To whom it may concern

I have a been banking with ABSA FOR MORE THAN 10 YRS AND IT CAME TO A POINT WERE, I have to close shop. I transfer R300.00 everymonth from my cheque account to my creditcard and evry time i will receive calls from credit card division harrasing me and lately the bank has made a transfer without my concern after receiving an sms that they have debited my account R229.00 FROM MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT TO CREDIT CARD account therefore for the month of december i have payed R300.00 already.
i request that someone investigate my cheque account and allocate cash accordingly and my other query is my service fees that are extremely high.
