It is so unfortunate that you leave me no choice but to use this platform for communication and clarity once again. I tried with all patience today of calling you more than 20 times today using call centre and head office number it either rings unanswered for than 10 min with the music play non stop or it is answered and dropped in my ear immediately. This is frustrating I need to know why my monthly R1000 due for 6 months has not been paid in my account it usually reflects on the 1st day of every month but since yesterday was a holiday, I was understanding but up until now I have not received anything kindly inform me please. I only received one in March nothing else. I dont understand WHY???..
