2 April 2013. My car breaks down 6.15am. Call FFW. Speak to Emily. Get sms 5 mins later to say tow truck ETA 45 mins. 7.11am call again, speak to Lucia. Tow truck will be dispatched as soon as one is available. 8.00am. Call again, speak to Lucia again. She tells me she has been trying to phone me but I don't answer my phone - LIE! Tow truck broke down they must re-dispatch to another company!! 8.36am. Receive sms to say ETA of tow truck... 90 mins!! Call again 8.45am. Speak to Trevor. Tell him whole story. He said tow truck has been dispatched. Told him that was what I was told at 6.15am! Told him I am getting my own tow truck as I cannot rely on FFW - which by the way YOU will pay. He said his team leader, Megan Masiniangwako would call me in 5 minutes. It's now 12h00 - still no call! They did not call me ONCE to let me know what was going on. I had to call THEM every single time. Woman alone on highway so early in the morning - what do they care!!! Pathetic, non-caring, quick to take your money, not interested when you have a problem, couldn't care less attitude. I am not leaving this. I intend to vent my spleen fully in the media. Now FFW, load this on your NFS!!!
