I went to ABSA today to exchange Forex for Rand. The first open teller told me to go to either teller 8 or 9. When teller 8 (the next available one) became available, I was again referred to teller 9 "because only Teller 9 can help with Forex". So waisting more of my time, I had to wait until teller 9 became available. I needed (and still need) to change Dollars and Kwachas into Rand only to learn that ABSA does not exchange Kwachas. So when the Dollars needed to be exchanged it was found that my address was "incorrect on the system" - the same address which was changed FOUR YEARS ago via internet banking! Strange enough all my monthly statements reaches the "incorrect address on the system" every month. Needless to say I am still in the posession of Forex which I cannot use!!!
