IT IS A HASSLE TO GET THREW TO MONEYSTAR - NO ANSWER WHEN YOU PHONE OR EMAIL AND THEY JUST DEDUCT MONEY WHEN EVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT AND DUE TO THIS MY ACCOUNT IS NOW IN ARREARS AND NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONES FOR ME TO FIND OUT WHY MY ACCOUNT IS ARREARS OR FOR ME TO OBTAIN REFERENCE NUMBERS OR BANKING DETAILS FOR ME TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!! TOTALLY PATHETIC!!
