My account got debited unexpectedly this morning, before I have even been paid my salary and then i get a snotty reminder from Moneystar to "please ensure that I have sufficient funds in my account as per our agreement". Our agreement states that you should deduct your monies when my salary gets paid on the 28th of the month, not on the 24th! I found myself out of pocket all of a sudden, a day before Christmas, because my Weavacell account has been deducted and all the bank charges of a debit order that is not honored. Who is going to refund me?
What is the use of budgeting and ensuring that your money last until the next payday, if companies can just come and take money out of your account as they please? This is leaving a bitter taste in my mouth.
