I have been struggeling since the 21.02.2013 to get any assistance or feedback from Capitec Bank. More than how many phone calls later and I am still waiting for anyone to get back to! Needless to say that the one consultant even dropped the phone in my ear. I am closing all my bussiness with capitec bank and I will sure tell everyone how useless this bank is!!
