The Worst Ever!!!

I Have applied at Wesbank for Vehicle Finance, what a NIGHTMARE!!! It takes Westbank Call Centre an average of 30min to answer the call! The answer I got this morning was " we have not received the documentation". How can it be? I have spoke to 7 different people, and not once in 3 weeks was this the issue, this was the worst banking experience I received!
