Lately I have had bad experiences with call centre agents, they can be very agressive especially if you dont agree with them. I just wanted to say Big ups to Iwyze! the agent handled my request professionally and she appeared to know what she was doing.
I even feel bad that i am leaving Iwyze, i just have to because i work for a bank now and will be getting a better rate!
