Standard Bank
FICA still causing problems

In 2007 I did FICA at Bedfordview branch - and repeated the procedure at Greenstone who said B/v did not process it. In Feb 2012, I re-did it at Greenstone as I was told it was never done. I repeated the performance on 27/09/12 and have stamped proof to this effect. Kindly refer to the Hellopeter comment I wrote on 26/09/12 about this very issue.
When trying to transfer funds between accounts last week, I got the following note via Internet Banking (NO letter or prior warning whatsoever): 'The transaction you have requested cannot be performed from the account you have selected. Please contact your branch.'
I spent a long time at Greenstone on 28/03/13 and Khosi signed yet another document to confirm that my FICA was in order. She assured me that I would be able to do inter account transfers later that day as she had made all the necessary arrangements for the 'hold' to be lifted.
Well guess what? It's now 01 April and I still can not do any internet transfers and therefore can't pay my levies / rates etc.
I have more than sufficient funds, but can't do a thing with my money because of YOUR continued incompetance! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
