I have an issue with African Bank, i had a loan with them and it was paid of last year December, i even asked them if my loan has been paid off twice at Kempton park branch and they confirmed. However on March the 27th they debited my account again R1117.48 when i asked them they said it was a misunderstanding and they will reverse my money back i went to the branch and they can not give me the letter so that my bank can reverse it they told me that they can not give it to me. What i don't understand is that when i went there again i was told that my loan was settled on the 27 March and what is surprising is that in December they said i dont owe them for that loan. Ref of the call 9089897.
