Outsurance poor customer service

My last interaction with outsurance was really disappointing. The consultant promised to get back to me yet a month later I'm still waiting and my query is still not resolved.

I did not take down the consultant's name but surely the last person I interacted with is on a system somewhere.

I cancelled a policy and the next month the premium was not adjusted. I would like a refund for the month of April.
