Account suspension

My account was susended on the 23rd march .i went to the kagiso branch Wednesday 3/27/2013 to reactivate my account as it was not fica compliant, standard bank never notified me to bring the document before they suspended my account .i gave them the required documents and they promoised to reactivate the following day, this was not done .i have been calling their call centre and they have been telling me that the account was reactivated but i cant withdraw any money as it was not reactivated .the other guy, Peter who works at the call centre told me there was a problem with ATMs and he said that its been resolved but i cant withdraw any money .i work shifts and its difficult to go to the bank, i have never recieved bad services like this .i work in customer care and this is not how we handle clients queries
