What an inconvenience

My home loan was recently registered with FNB, by the time the 1st bond payment was due I had already requested a letter to take to my HR in order to pay directly from my salary, I did not get the letter and I had to do a manual transfer. After than I requested a debit order form so that FNB can debit from my cheque account, I still have not received that form and I will most probably have to do a manual transfer again.

This is a new bond with FNB and I have been their customer for a long time but I am very disappointed with their lack of service delivery this time around.
