I contacted Nedbank to change my banking details only to discover they have debited my new banking account with another clients debit order.when I called to do an enquiry I was told that it was FNB. How can FNB load debit orders on Nedbank Personal Loans??? contacting the call centre is a waste of time, they always put you on hold and call is disconnected, so they don't have to explain their .i want to know who and why my bank account held with FNB was used for another clients debit order. I would b very surprised if they actually contacted me back for this complaint. All I want is my 98 back which they debited without my authority. Maybe looking at reference: 8236309 and asking Monique @ the call centre should help.
