After taking out a loan with Bayport one year later my finanical circumstance changed, I immediately contacted them to change my details as well as request a reduction in my installments as my salary had dropped by R2000, after THREE months of backwards and forwards (documents etc not being received on their side) they FINALLY reduced the installments for THREE months.??? how does this help on a reduced permanent salary!!

Installments finally reduced BUT the 1st deduction thereafter is NOT at the reduced rate.

To add to it we do not get paid on a specific date but between the 25th and 30th and on asking for my debot order date to change I have AGAIN had the same issues relating to paperwork!!

I have been upfront with them provided everything and yet I am treated like some form of criminal due to changes in my circumstances beyond my control!

Perhaps I need to up and change phone and bank details and let them find me, as so many others do.
