Still no response

I received feedback from old mutual about my query but the figures do not add up. I sent Darren Hart an email and he still has not responded. I have been calling him for the past 3 days on the number that appears on his email but none ever answers the phone. So im still not happy with Old Mutual. The other funny thing is the amount quoted at the branch and the one quoted by their head office is different the branch said R51000 outstanding now the head office is saying R49000. Im wondering if I speak to someone else is the figure going to change again. anyways that figure must change because it is still incorrect!!! Im disgusted by their service and work ethic. I will not rest until this has been sorted out. If needs be I will escalate this to the ombudsman.
