I have sent many emails to logde a compliatn regarding the same issue. my account has been debited more than 45 times by TELETOP and GR UBU all to the value of R99 rands. I keep going into the bank to reverse the debit orders and then the compay just debit my account using a different reference number. When I google these company names there are no websites for them, the only info that comes up is Stratcol.
I have emailed Stratcol many times with all the relavent info they need but I just keep getting an auto reply email. I have had no joy in getting any response to my complaints. I have called the number on Stracols website and the lady who answered was extremely rude, saying there is nothing they can do and gave me a number for a Telemarketing company.
When calling the company, the lady tells me it was a typing error and the wrong account details were issued by the client. this is the same excuse I have been getting and I see that it the same excuse being fed to all that complain.
When is this going to end? When is stratcol going to respond? It had been a week since I lodged my first compliaint and no response.
I will be reporting this to Carte Blanche and the newspapers!!
