I'm just wandering if there is someone out there that can explain to me how Mi Way yearly reviews of ones police work. This is now every year that I see an increase in my home content insurance of around 20% to be exact 19.4%, and reduction of only 2% on my car that is probably worth 40 less now. And if you ask for a call back to get answers they never phone one back. If you then try to phone them you speak with people that's only answer that they now is that it's due to inflation so please in what country is the inflation 20% per year.
If this is the transparency with in Mi Way I honestly think it's better to go somewhere else. It's not because of the money it's because service and the frustration to find answers over the phone and getting answers back every year. I will not even bother phone answers this year I will rather spend my precious time finding a new insurer.
