Almost a year ago yet i have to phone

I took out a policy with Miway, a few months later a lady drove in to us. I submitted a claim immediately.

That was almost a year ago!!!

I paid my excess etc. Yet no one bothers to phone me and to inform me of the status etc.

Every time i phone i get different answers and every time i phone i ask really nicely to phone me every month etc. just so that i know whats going on! Yet no one phones.
