I took a policy with Santam Direct last year for my house content and car insurance, I was told how my premium will never increase except if I have changed my location to non secure one. Now I was shocked to hear that "the policy premium will increase annually to keep up with inflation." Which I was informed before i sign the contract.
And my question is how is it possible to increase the premium on an asset that depreciate every single day!!?
