Unable to cancel overdraft - Bad Service

I have made 7 phone calls to cancel my over draft and everytime i am forwared to another department. the line is then either dropped or the person answering is unable to help me. This is redicalous and extremly unprofessional. I expect someone to call me back who can assit me. I do not want any more numbers to call. I woulkd like the right department to contact me!!!
