In March i got a call from ABSA advising if i can be put on the Value bundles that include the Absa rewards programme and i accept as this would be better. After 2 months I get a statement and it is crazy over R400 charges so i go into the bank personally to rectify this and in July I get a Charge Statement and once again it still has not been done. In the meantime i budget for an amount and they take more unacceptable sad to to say the same thing happened to my husband I always had a good relationship with my consultant Mary Anne why did she leave. I personally believe i should be re-imsbursed once again i went today demanding that i will not leave until this matter is rectified and there is no manager just got a call to say it has been done lets wait and see I still believe i should be refunded and i would like ABSA to explain
