Capitec
I am definitely going on HelloPeter to lodge a full complaint. I'm supposed to leave on holiday already with the family but guess what I'm waiting for Capitec to rectify their mistake. They took my monthly instalment on two different bank accounts at the same time. Why? don't know no one gave them permission, now my kids is asking when are we leaving... all I can tell we must wait for Capitec because they took our holiday money for no reason.
I phoned Capitec ref ### and apparently spoke to the manager/supervisor Zenzele Buthelezi he phoned me back only one time not actually promising me anything but saying the money will only be paid back with 24hrs. Now I ask you who is going to carry my expenses (booking that was already made and now I can't make in in time) ARE CAPITEC GOING TO REFUND ME R2316 FOR THE ONE DAY MISSED AT MY HOLIDAY DESTINATION???
I TOLD ZENZELE I WANT A PHONE BACK AT 09H00AM BUT STILL NO CALL.
