My personal banker was absolutely useless when I applied to have my flexiaccess bond re-activated. There's poor understanding of how to complete their own forms forcing me to resubmit 3 times my application - before being forced to go around her and into a branch - which required me giving up my time and cost thereof! Secondly, contacting your call centre is impossible any time of the day - 3rd try lucky (today), again after many waiting minutes... again they could not help me because now my Telephone banking pin has expired (without my knowledge/ being informed of such - forcing me into a branch once again!
Thirdly - when trying to do an internet banking - interaccount transfer from my bond account which is in significant credit - again the system does not conclude the transfer (after multiple attempts over a number of days - YET ITS TO THE BANKS BENEFIT AS THEY EARN 'OVERDRAFT FEES ON THE ACCOUNTS i'M TRYING TO RECTIFY" - ABSOLUTELY SCANDALOUS!!!
