My car had a mechanical problem and it was very stresful for me. In a panic my father helped me and phoned a company and they came to fetch my car, with utter shock I saw what they charged me. I phoned my insurace company Outsurance and they paid that amount into my account and went to get my car and take to the place where I wanted to get my car fixed. No hassel. No fuss.
The Outsurance team who spoke and helped me especially Thato (do not know her surname) was VERY reassuring!!
