I would like to thank Keith for assisting me in the claim I have submitted. He really took the time to listen to my side of the story as well and promised to phone me back within 10 min as he also did. Furthermore he also said he will give me feedback after he spoke to the service center, and also kept his promise. This was my first claim I have submitted and from a negative starting point (claim not approved) he changed my experience I had with Innovation Group to a positive end.
