I experience damage on 2013-03-12, 04:30. I report the incident on by e-mail to ABSA insurance via e-mail. I am struggling to finalise the claim. The insurance company is SANTAM (Brolink) 00134392*001*005.
Documentation as requested was forward about a week ago. Brolink could not find the documentation, and they would have send a assessor. I am still waiting. What must I do to finalise this claim?
