I am absolutely disgusted with the service offered by Nedbank. Today is the third time I called to try and link my credit card to my internet banking profile. This is the second time I have held on to speak to a consultant for an extended period of time and then been cut off! In addition to this, I applied for a student loan in DECEMBER and have still not heard anything back expect for an sms to say my application was received. Its been over 3 months and deadline for my payment has passed. I speak to the customer service consultants and they agree that what i have said is correct, apologise and then nothing. I really thought moving all my accounts over to Nedbank was a good move - but I am regretting it more each day.
