I paid registration twice and also paid cash for my studies. The college rules is that if you pay cash you qualify for a 10% discount. So they have to refund me R250 that I paid for registration and R399.00 for my 10% discount, the whole amount is R649. I applied for a refund on the 9th March. They gave me forms to fill and demanded bank statement and certified letter to request a refund. I gave them all these documents, and on the 9th April I called them to ask about the refund as they promised to pay in 3 weeks Angy in accounts told me someone at Head Office resigned and to my suprise that got nothing to do with me and she promised to send a request again and money will be in within 3 working days. Again on the 8th May they demanded other letters as they dont know what they did with the leeters I gave them and send again, up to today no one can really give me an answer of my refund as I called Head Ofiice and they have no clue what I am talking about.
