Still debiting charges loan was done in January

I am still being charged admin fees every month after my Loan has been paid up in January 2013 already,

WHY R285 every month.

Please reimburse my money since February 2013. This is day light. And then it still reflects against my name that i have a personal loan with FNB. Please cancel this and refund me.
