NOT CHANGING DEBIT ORDERS AS REQUESTED

Well I receive this rubbish sms from FNB stating my account is out and that it should be paid by today, well it is a debit order from them as all my debit orders go off on the 1st of every month and evry month this happens so I have phoned themsevral time in the last 3 months every month, last month I phoned spoke to a lady who said no problem sir, it will be fixed the debit order will go off on the 1st going forward, well to my suprise no it has not happened, even though my salary only gets paid into the account by the last day of every month, then I phoned at 17:20, spoke to some who said he cant help me because only sales can assist me and he will transfer me to that department, wow that department colosed at 17:00, hi our trading hours are 08:00-17:00, seriously, this guy works for fnb yet hedoes not know the operating hours of the sales department, cmon, and please do not send me any threatining smses, when it is you up, and sort out the debit order to the 1st by tomorrow 27/03/2013, you guys have all these wow deals and radio adds but my word your service and people working for you. I will take serious action if this is not resolved, and train your staff cmon
