Budget Insurance
Not getting any help

I was involved in an accident on the 19th. My car was towed to Telesure in Hermanstad Pretoria. Because i am claiming with Outsurance (the insurance of the person responsible for the accident) i was told that Budget cannot keep my car at the Telesure yard and i must arrange to have it picked up. I was given the Telesure Hermanstad number which is engaged all the time. i called budget many times, being taken from pillar to post. All the numbers were either engaged or not getting answered. A budget consultant said to me he will get someone to call me back with the yard manager's number but i am still waiting. i need to make arrangements to pick up the car before tomorrow (27th) and i need to know if the car is drivable or not etc. I have wasted more than R 200.00 airtime on this.
