Total lack of Response

Took up FNB's offer for a iPhone 5 on 18th Feb. 2013. Received an sms from them on the 19th thanking me for my smart device application and that it was currently being processed. Heard nothing for weeks, so via their website I sent an complaint on the 13th March 2013 ref. no. 120419600 and still have not heard anything. Been with FNB since there inception, have various accounts with them, both private and business, have had home loans and finance through them and cannot believe that after all my loyalty to them I get treated like this. Absolutely disgusted. I suspect their reply via this site will be their generic response to all queries
