2days after almost cancelling my insurance because of the increasing responsibility which meant i couldn't't afford paying that much for my insurance mi way lowered my premium. i got into an accident on the 17th of January 2013 and reported it on the 21st they arranged for assessment on the 23rd to a panel beaters near my work place and today the 28th its been finalised im just waiting for the panel beaters to call and tell me when my car is booked for repairs... they kept me informed through the whole process by Sm's, i didn't't have to call anyone to find out what was happening... i honestly feel like im their only customer and that is beyond appreciated... thank you guys you re really doing things mi way
