Well. So far I've had an email with a new reference number (55603491) a voicemail message left that was only partially audible with yet another reference (37509638 I Think!) asking me to phone a number 011 299 4463. When I tried that number it just rang and no one answered!! On trying the general number -and after holding (at my expense!) for about 20 minutes I was transferred to what was the relevant department but the person dealing with my query wasn't available but would be asked to call me back!!! Nothing since!! I suggest that someone from Standard Bank get hold of a dictionary and look up the word "service" as clearly no one understands what it is!!! Disgusted!!
