On 13 Feb 2013 i sent documents to RCS division for investigation on my account. Today it is the 26th of March 2013 and to this day i have not been contacted by RCS. Feedback needs to be given. It is certainly no problem for RCS to take Premiums for stuff i did not buy. It is not my responsibility to phone every second week to do a follow up, i am not employed by RCS. I need to know what is going to happen with the account, after this problem has been taken care of, i will close the account!!!
