FNB Home Loans Bad Service

Two years ago my husband i bought a house through my bank and FNB home loans was supposed to to hand over the title deed since the house was being bought through their client who banks with them; the title deed has been lost four (4) times and they had to reapply for it. Everything has been sorted with my bank and have been waiting on them for 2 year and now 3 year, i have tried get help from FNB - but nothing at all. Is is fair to wait for almost 3 years for you new house just beacuse a bank cannot keep safe the important documents? I'm so dissapointed with the bank's home loan department and would like to refer this to the head of FNB home loans maybe would get help and the matter be sorted. Can the head of FNB home loans please investigate and come back? This is bad service and FNB is not leaving up to its motto " How can we help you "! Please can somebody at FNB Home loans do something about this?
