I'm Sivuyile S Songwevu from Butterworth Eastern Cape. Firstly I wanted to submit a claim to FNB Insurance Brokers it took them 45 minutes to pick up my call then I submitted my claim and they sent me a Motor Accident Claim with reference Claim No CL00080557. Then yesterday I wanted to ask some question relating to their claim and they do same thing of not answering the calls I cannot accept this as I'm not taking time to pay their premiums.
