Worst Customer Service Eve

I submitted a claim over a month ago and I call almost on a daily basis to find out the status where I'm sold I will get a call back later that day but never do, this has been going on for weeks now and I even sent 3 requests and extra urgent requests for a supervisor to call me back regarding this and NOBODY has. I even sent a request saying that I am cancelling FNB insurance at the end of this month and moving to Nedbank Insurance Brokers but still nobody has called me back.

Very unhappy and I do NOT recommend FNB insurance to anybody.

Ingrid is dealing with my claim and she admitted 3 days ago that she has been getting my messages to call me back but she is sorry that she hasn't and then promised to sort my claim out and call me back before the end of the day but she didnt!

My claim is just for an iphone which I have already replaced myself.
