Good Day

I have a contract phone from MTN they offered an insurance and I took it, within five months the phone got a problem with internal speaker and had to take it back, they sent it for repairs and said it will take four weeks. after a month I went to the store to check the progress as I never got any correspondence and only then they tell me the technicians could not fix it and there is nothing more they can do and yet my phone is insured. When I argued they said I must consult my insurance FINRITE, I spoke to so many consultants and having to hold on-line for minutes every time. And the consultants are very rude I must say. I just called today FINRITE sent me a contract that I never signed "which I find it very strange" how do you deduct money from someone's bank account without signatures. MTN is also to blame when they offered the insurance they never told me it is outsourced hence I thought I only had a contract with them. This claim is from the 18 May 2013 but up to date (17/07/2013) the problem has not been resolved. Yet the two companies still continue with debit orders.

I would appreciate your assistance in this regard.
