TERRIBLE APPALLING SERVICE

I called in yesterday was assisted by Brendon at the Call Centre who so aptly called me back every time we lost touch after taking all my personal information for almost 25minutes and not being able to match my current car insurance he politely says Goodbye so I enquire about the R400 promotion and all of a sudden he says you should have said in the beginning that you calling for that promo... I was so livid he went on to telling me I entered the promo in January yet nothing ever happended even back in Jan when they couldnt match my quote Brendon couldnt wait to get rid of me after having called me back 5 to 6 times when he needed a sale. Another strange thing is during our converstation I kept saying I cant wait to get this R400 as I know you wont beat my current insurance weird how he he hadnt heard that during our conversation he couldnt wait to get rid of me once I told him my current premium with competitor and yours was R350 or so more I asked him to mail me so I can send my policy to this hour am still waiting and despite me being so livid he didnt even bother to call me back how very dissapointing this very nice guy nice for a SALE yes... I DEMAND AN EXPLANATION PLS
