The Call Centre gives out wrong information

Outsurance- Has got this promotion if they can't beat your current insurance they will pay you R400. I phoned them a few years ago they did pay me that money and said I can only phone back in 6 months for a quote and if they cant beat it again they will pay me again if the promotion is still on. Today I phoned them again after a few years then after more than a half an hour conversation the lady could not give me a better deal and said that they will pay me the R400 and send me the link to upload my current insurance policy to confirm the details. Then all of a sudden she said no she maid a mistake I will not get paid the R400 because I've already been paid out once. The one thing that worries me is how in competed their personal is. This is now the second time this happened then she put me through to her manager (Shaun) and said she made a mistake after getting very rude to me. I just think they should give you the right information before they waist anyone's time. It is very clear to me know if you can't even trust them with this small thing how are you suppose to trust them with your insurance. a Couple of months ago they gave me a quote and I said no and they still deducted it.
