I requested help with logging into the MyTools service via e-mail 8 days ago, as this is my preferred method of contact.
I received an automated e-mail stating "One of our "My Tools" customer service agents will be in touch with you shortly.", yet I have still not been contacted regarding the query.
I need to use this service as there is no other way of knowing my true data account balance, because I have a 2GB data contract in addition to a 10GB bundle from 12am to 6am. The USSD service shows the total combined data remaining and this is no help.
