Cell C - I'm giving up!!!

After trying to resolve my low connectivity and line drop problem by calling Cell C... what a waste of time... This started before 14 Feb even. Sent my first mail on 13th Feb at 16h00. Received a response on 17th. I responded on 18th with the documents I had to complete for assistance... Received a mail from Bokang with Ref 1751994 on 1 March advising that the query was logged and that I will be contacted by the department with feedback `when is due or when a field technician is available'... Responded on this mail and received another mail... (same words) also from Bokang. Received another mail with Ref on 12th March advising that it's being investigated from Ailene advising that the query has been logged and are being investigated. There might have been more emails in-between... I eventually just asked that they transfer my data that I cannot use and received a mail from Busi asking that I advise them once the problem has been sorted so they can credit me for the data ( _ 2.6 gig on the 2 dongles). Fabulous!!! But, alas, still receiving emails advising... yesterday's = `please note that currently the case is set to be due in 17 days. Oh what fun!!!
