EFT NOT GOING THROUGH

I made an EFT of R1400 to my fiances account yesterday afternoon at 15:55 ref no:554129586, tonight almost 28 hours later it is still not in her account. What is the hold up? She is also a standard bank user. I phone customer care but unfortunately they can only tell me to wait until the morning. That is not good enough! This was an urgent transfer and i have since had to make other arrangements as i cannot rely on my bank for a simple std to std tranfer to take place within 24 hours! When will the money reflect?
