Momentun funeral plan

My son took a funeral plan with momentun, but they debit the money on my account cause my son he is not working, it was 05 februrary 2011 so they started todebit on the 26 of every month, so i decided to check with momentum that everything is still ok, to my surprise they told me that they dont have any particurlas that i gave them.so they ask me to fax the documents that i have, i did so, now is going for two weeks theres no feed back, im asking myself if there was some one who past away in the family i would have experienced such problem i even send them a feed back that i have fax all the documents they ask for, what makes me more angry is they debit money on my account every month.i think the best thing is they must refund me my money cause they dont care about the customers very disapointed.these is the policy schedule of benefits for your funeral plan ff414016297
