Need much higher assistance

On march 2013 I s chetty have been to standard bank gateway.i applied for a revolving credit loan. The consultant whom assisted me had seen all my bank statement s and put the application threw which was successful. She then advised me that I will recieve a sms. Anyway after 4 messages left at call centre for the manager Angie Mooldley to call she finally did. She then explained to me thatmy loan can not be finalised because of 1 my employer as a neotel line and 2 my salary is not going into my standard bank account. I have explained to her that neotel is a registered service provider and all companies are changing frm telkom to neotel because of faster service, cheaper rates. Also to belisted in a telkom directory is a director s choice. Today every company wants to save on communication and neotel allows that. Also when searching for a company whom now days pick up a telkom book its rather just use the Internet. Number 2 is my salary/I am banking with nedbank my salary appears clearly do anyone need to have an account with bank to open an account. Well I dont think so butshocking part is I'm also banking with standard bank a credit card and cheque acc. I would like to be helped
