I've been struggling to get provident fund payment sorted between my previous employer and Mibco in Cape Town. Mibco informed me that the previous employer did not pay all the payments and the previous employer said they did... etc. This has been ongoing for a while now. I was referred to Ruwayda today, sent her an e-mail this morning explaining the situation. She mailed me back to say that she sent a payment analysis to the HR dept and she will keep me informed.
I have never met Ruwayda, only via e-mail and she has done in one morning what no one else could apparently do in 2 months time!
Awesome to still find such wonderfully dedicated people out there.
